AE Smith part of the Downer Group has an opportunity for a** Service Supervisor** to join the team located in Cairns, Qld. You as the Service Supervisor will provide support to the Service Delivery Manager by providing critical leadership to the team of technicians, ensuring that the work is delivered safely, to high quality and within schedule & budget.

**ABOUT YOU**
- QBCC Licenced
- Mechanical and or electrical trade certificate
- Frontline or Project Management Diploma or postgraduate qualifications (highly regarded)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post-trade within a commercial or industrial project and/or maintenance environment
- Demonstrable and successful supervision/management experience/capability in a similar business environment with at least 1-2 years’ experience gained at this level
- High-level knowledge of industry best practice and standards
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, peers and colleagues
- Experience in leading, directing, building and influencing a team.
