Amalgamated Group is looking for a Building Services Supervisor to join our Brisbane team. The Amalgamated Group is a family owned business, which is one of the fastest growing commercial painting, building refurbishment, and maintenance companies within South-East Queensland. Providing a one stop shop solution to a broad range of industries.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have a full-time vacancy to join our Brisbane office at Meadowbrook as a Building Services Supervisor. The role will require leading and managing our in-house team of carpenters and contractors within the Brisbane area. Our core projects include remedial, maintenance, facade refurbishment and fit-outs.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Supervision & project management
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence favourable.
- Allocation and management of multiple trades across multiple sites
- Estimating/Measuring refurbishment and fitout projects
- Job monitoring and WHS compliance
- Client communication and development
- Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlines

The right applicant needs to have
- Certificate 3 or higher in a construction trade.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to read plans and estimate costings
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and other relevant business tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
