**Your day-to-day**:
**Elevate the Dining Experience**: Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring flawless setup and execution.
**Mentor with Excellence**: Support the Senior Supervisor in welcoming new talent and fostering their growth through expert training.
**Collaborate for Success**: Work hand-in-hand with diverse service teams to deliver seamless events that leave a lasting impression.
**Client Satisfaction Guru**: Engage closely with clients and staff, guaranteeing a high-calibre service that exceeds expectations.
**Financial Savvy**: Oversee financial aspects with a keen eye, contributing to the venue's fiscal health.
**Tech-Smart Operations**: Utilize cutting-edge systems to streamline service delivery, from scheduling to point of sale.

**Your expertise include**:
**Qualifications**: A degree in Tourism/Hospitality is a plus, but your experience shines brightest.
**Experience**: Proven track record in leading teams within a five-star setting.
**Skills**: Exceptional wine knowledge, organizational prowess, and a talent for communication.
**Knowledge**: A solid grasp of fine dining, safety, and hygiene practices is essential.
