Strategic Portfolio Coordinator

**The Role**
The role is varied and interesting, and will range from helping develop portfolio strategies to taking board meeting minutes, with many development opportunities available. The role will suit someone with good attention to detail and follow-through, with experience in an enterprise IT organisation and an interest in strategy and governance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordination of digital governance meetings
- Scheduling and planning for board meetings
- Coordination, preparation, and distribution of board papers
- Preparation of reporting packs
- Working with chairs and stakeholders to agree topics and agendas
- Portfolio development and management
- Helping improve and mature the portfolio prioritisation process and systems
- Facilitating the prioritisation of future projects and investments with the governance boards
- Opportunity for involvement in the creation of business cases
- Administration of Digital Initiative Requests
**Key Skills**
- Strong in office 365 (particularly Excel)
- Power BI (desirable)
- Sharepoint (desirable)
