As the cost of living continues to rise, we are continously growing to adapt to our clients' needs. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their financial journey. Your goal is to ensure clients achieve their financial objectives while enjoying a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Monitor account performance and generate regular reports for clients
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing your day-to-day workflow without micromanaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish financial hardship indicators and discuss them with a high level of sensitivity and customer service
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (finance, debt, collections or account management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others achieve financial success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
