As the Property Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for co-ordinating all internal & external facility maintenance requests across our sites.

This position is on a part-time basis.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Coordinate internal & external gardeners, security, maintenance, cleaners, builders & all stakeholders when required
- Coordinating quotations for repairs and maintenance Issuing purchase orders & reviewing invoices for payment
- Role is split as follows: 70-80% facilities co-ordinating & 20-30% administrative functions

**About you**:

- Previous experience in facility maintenance is essential
- Previous experience in working with external stakeholders, e.g. cleaners, security, builders etc.
- Able to respond to reactive maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to effectively multi-task
- Effective administrative & computer skills
