We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our thriving team at Raine & Horne Warwick. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our residential property portfolio in the Warwick QLD 4370 area. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the dynamic real estate industry.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting
- Proactively communicate with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Advertise and market available properties to attract quality tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screening and selection to ensure the right fit for each property
- Effectively manage rent collection, arrears, and bond processes
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maintain detailed property records and provide regular updates to landlords
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, legislation, and best practices
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple properties effectively
- Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer skills
- A thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide exceptional service
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
