We are currently seeking two Maintenance Officers at our Warwick site. The Maintenance Officer is responsible for carrying out the duties requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and the day-to-day maintenance of machinery, equipment and internal buildings within the production facility. These duties are to be carried out in manner that will consistently meet Integria Healthcare’s quality standards, policies and procedures.**Key responsibilities will include**
- Complete day to day troubleshooting of all production machinery and machine maintenance when required to minimise machinery down-time.
- Assist and complete any minor project activities as required by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Use Integria Healthcare’s computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to comply with the preventative maintenance schedule as required under the code of GMP.
- Maintain all necessary maintenance records in a neat, accurate and timely fashion so that all transactions are documented and actioned where necessary. Records include but not limited to logs, quality records and work orders.
- Undertake maintenance duties as directed to ensure plant, equipment, buildings and external installations are maintained to relevant standards and safety levels.
- Coordinate/consult with external service providers in relation to machinery breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- Maintain high level of quality control in the production area.
- Perform all tasks according to Integria Healthcare’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and instructions.
- Liaise effectively with all levels of site management and staff.
- Participate in LEAN manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives and participate in associated meetings.

**The Person**
- Electrical trade preferred. Other trades will also be considered including mechanical trades.
- Ability to work as a team member in a complex, fast paced and interesting manufacturing environment.
- Sound communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- Able to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
