**About the Role**
As a Clinical Onboarding Coach, you will provide hands on support to Operational teams to ensure an effective onboarding experience and education of new clinical leaders in Bupa Aged Care Homes. Working closely with our Care Manager and Quality Education Manager you will ensure that induction and onboarding plans are effectively delivered for all new appointees. This role is critical to ensure clinical leaders are set up for success with a clear understanding of Quality and Clinical best practice, models of care and Bupa polices in procedures in line with the Aged Care Standards and Bupa values, ensuring residents are aided to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. This role can be based in VIC, NSW or QLD, with regular travel interstate and regional being required.

**Duties**
- Regularly attend Bupa Aged Care homes to provide onsite support to new clinical leaders.
- Support Quality and Operational teams in the delivery of pre-established onboarding and induction plans for Care Managers and Quality and Education Managers.
- Support training across clinical, quality and educational functions, including but not limited to; The Aged Care Standards, Department of Health and other regulatory bodies, clinical systems, models of care and operational essentials.
- Develop and review onboarding and induction resources for Care Managers and Quality and Education Managers in coordination with Quality and Operational teams.
- Provide guidance and coaching to General Managers and Regional Managers as to how to best support and induct new Care Managers and Quality and Education Managers in their role.
- Provide onsite guidance, coaching and mentoring to new leaders in alignment with induction plans.
- Monitor and provide feedback to operations and clinical on progress of new starters against onboarding and induction plans.
- Assist with bespoke education and training as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor of Nursing with current registration with AHPRA
- Qualifications in training and assessment, or equivalent experience
- Significant leadership experience in a clinical or aged care environment.
- Experience in presenting to groups and delivering education
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and delivering education strategies supporting change processes
- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Accreditation and compliance standards
- Knowledge of effective onboarding and induction practices in an Aged Care of Clinical environment.
- Maintain current valid Australian drivers license
