Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** The Onboarding Practice Development Manager is accountable within a specified territory, to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for newly trained doctors through the provision of sales and clinical guidance and support. To deliver an excellent customer experience for all new Invisalign providers whilst collaborating internally with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the new doctor onboarding program. **In this role, you will** **Key Accountabilities** - Maintain a high level of service to customers in the assigned territory by ensuring efficient, accurate and a timely response to queries from customers and internal teams. - Ability to manage own priorities and work independently to achieve KPIs and deliver targets for newly trained doctors. - Responsible for working with doctors to complete pre and post training course touchpoints, including activities such as coaching doctors on case selection and suitability. - Providing support for doctors to build their clinical confidence, through the delivery of webinars and educational content, the completion of online training modules, case discussions and review sessions. - Application of Align Technology Education Pathway and annual clinical events calendar. - Attendance at Invisalign Fundamentals and Invisalign Go training courses. - Responsible for hosting and moderating online webinars and calls. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge, clinical understanding and understanding of digital practice workflows. - Maintain current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information. - Responsibility to open conversations about iTero intraoral scanners, in-practice benefits and detail to drive conversion. Working alongside iTero team ANZ. - Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals - Adherence to agreed KPIs, including but not limited to Practice Events, Educational Recruitment, Call Rate and Business Planning - Travel will be required to attend dental practices, meetings and events **In this role, you’ll need ** **Knowledge & Experience** - Experience in customer acquisition activities and skilled at developing a pipeline of potential customers based on eligibility and assessment criteria. - Ability to demonstrate the iTero scanner and highlight technical capabilities of the scanner. - Avid learner who effectively articulates product specific selling messages and can provide in-person and remote support to customers. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong problem solving capabilities with a strong desire to deliver results and drive growth across the territory. - Highly motivated, commercially adept, articulate, and confident. - Well honed ability to connect with doctors to manage the end to end sales process - Solutions focused with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and also work autonomously **Education & Qualifications** - Prior experience in the dental or medical device industries, highly preferred with some experience working with general dental practices or with the Invisalign System. - Experience in sales or marketing related field preferred. - Have a keen interest in education and a demonstrated ability to learn technical information. - Travel is required in the management of the assigned territory, including some regional locations from time to time. Working outside of normal business hours or weekends will also be required in instances of trade shows, conferences or sales meetings. - Digital savviness to proficiently utilize MS Office and CRM systems.
