We are currently seeking an organised, professional, and friendly **Receptionist & Accounts Assistant** to join our team. This is a key front-desk and support role that also involves assisting with bookkeeping and general administration using **Xero**.

This job is 9am-2pm 5 days a week

If you enjoy multitasking, keeping things running smoothly, and have a strong eye for detail — we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payable and receivable using **Xero**:

- Invoice creation, reconciliations, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records and assist with end-of-month reports
- General administrative support and data entry
- Filing, ordering supplies, and office coordination tasks

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, accounts, or admin role
- Confident using **Xero** accounting software (this is essential)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
