**The Role: Process Worker**
As a Process Worker, you’ll be hands-on in the production line—sometimes solo, sometimes with a great team beside you. You’ll be making sure everything meets quality standards (yep, we’re TGA-approved) and gets done on time.
We’ve got weekday shifts from 7:30am to 4pm at our Mt Druitt site in Western Sydney. And with our services growing, there’s also a chance to pick up some extra hours with overtime pay

**What You’ll Be Doing**
Keeping up with production targets
Reading and following instructions from your Team Leader
Making sure the clean room setup runs smoothly—no hiccups, no holdups
Flagging any materials or products that don’t meet the mark

You’ve got packaging experience under your belt and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You’re detail-oriented, great with time management, and safety-conscious. If you’ve worked with people with disability before, awesome If not, having a genuine understanding and respect is key.
