**Purpose of Your Role**

As a Production Worker, you will perform various production activities in a food processing environment while meeting quality standards and production deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in manufacturing processes, including equipment setup, operation, and shutdown, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Work within a team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report potential hazards, incidents, or equipment problems promptly to Team Leader.
- Participate in problem solving activities aimed at improving production processes and workplace practices.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience in working in a manufacturing environment particularly food processing.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify production problems
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to undergo training as required

**Values & Behaviours**
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

**Other Requirements**
- Possess a working with children’s check & police check
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
