Poultry Process Worker

StaffCo has partnered with one of Queensland's biggest poultry processing factories and is currently seeking to employ process workers in Mt Cotton.

These roles are across Monday to Friday (no weekend work) for shifts commencing between 4am to as late as 4pm. We have immediate starts available.

About The Role

  • Packing cold raw chicken, pieces and whole birds
  • Handling raw chicken products
  • No live bird handling
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Clean and sanitise production areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure food safety by handling and processing raw ingredients
  • Forklift Positions Available

To be successful for the role you will require the below:

  • Ability to work 5 shifts per week
  • Own reliable transport – there is no public transport to the site
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional and drug test
  • Be physically fit and capable to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Flexible with shift changes
