**Your New Role**

As a **Concierge / Customer Service Officer **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Assisting our residents with general inquiries
- Ensure the reception area is always clean and well presented
- Assist with the upload of documents and information for the residents
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders

Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week - both morning and afternoon shifts
- Experience assisting a unique and diverse range of customers
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
