**The Role | What You’ll Bring**
- **Leadership Excellence**: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in aged care or a customer-focused industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
- **Qualifications and Experience**: Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health Social Science, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in postgraduate nursing within aged care or healthcare.
- **Operational and Compliance Expertise**: Extensive experience in compliance frameworks, and the successful implementation of best practices in aged care or healthcare settings.
