Our Mount Warrigal 40 bed home provides a warm and inviting ambiance. High-quality furnishings and contemporary decor create a soothing atmosphere, complemented by natural sunlight, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. This is a pet friendly homes that offers spaces for individual relaxation or social interaction and flexible outdoor settings for gatherings.

**What you'll be doing in this role**:
You will provide a high level of support to your Manager by using your clinical experience, communication and leaderships skills to manage your team ensuring our residents receive high quality clinical care, essentially creating what Warrigal believe is a crucial component in supporting a ‘Great Life’ for an older person.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Registration to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience as a CNS (minimum two years full time experience in this role)
- A minimum of five years full time work experience as an RN, with some experience/exposure to a management role
- Knowledge of the operational and clinical functions of an Aged Care home
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of SIRS & AN-ACC
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, lead and work in a multi-disciplinary team, promoting a positive work environment
