As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational management & success of this
**120-bed** aged care service in
**Mt Coolum, QLD**

**About the role**

Your main responsibilities will include: the delivery of high quality person centred care, HR management, ensuring effective operational procedures are in place, revenue optimisation & adherence of accreditation & quality standards.

You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of budget and performance benchmarks, implement and monitor procedures and standards in line with aged care accreditation & standards.

Your positivity and motivation will play a key part in your management style and you will be keen to ensure a great working environment for your teams, maximizing productivity. Having great communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to achieve a high standard of living for your residents.

**Summary of duties**
- Provide leadership & direction to care team members
- Actively promote a collaborative & homely environment
- Resident & family engagement & feedback resolution
- Maximisation of revenue in line with budgets & KPI’s set.
- Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met to a high standard

**About you**
- AHPRA RN registration with previous leadership experience
- Dynamic & resident focused leader
- HR, Finance & Budget management experience
- Understanding of accreditation standards
- Experience with the achievement of KPI’s
