**In this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers and will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.**

**About the role**:

- Coordinate glazing resources in a timely and efficient manner
- Planning, scheduling, and confirming daily work
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Fast-paced team environment
- KPI driven targets.

**About you**:

- Flexibility to work set hours Monday - Friday
- Ability to manage customer expectations
- Ability to provide written quotes and be computer savvy
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Simpro or planning system experience is an advantage
- Windows, shutters, garage doors, glass or trades scheduling / planning experience is an advantage
