**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Marketing Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Marketing Coordinator at Pillow Talk, you'll work within our marketing and graphic design teams in a campaign and administrative capacity, to support our overall marketing efforts. You will be the point person for the roll out and distribution of our printed catalogues in line with the annual marketing calendar, with responsibility for the distribution planning, creative timeline, and booking schedule, to efficiently meet each deadline. Working alongside the digital campaign team, you will contribute to the day-to-day administration of digital campaigns, including proof checks, stock checks, eDM scheduling and campaign analysis. You'll additionally be responsible for the printing and dissemination of in-store collateral, plus you will also work directly with the Head of Marketing to administer budget control processes.
A bit about you...
- 1-2 years’ experience working within a marketing, advertising, or fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong organisational skills and time management needed to be a reliable safe pair of hands working across different teams
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent proof-reading skills, and a keen eye for print, colour, and aesthetics
- Intuitive ability to work within different systems and processes, feeling comfortable with administering workflow and deadlines
- Highly developed problem-solving skills that focus on delivery and outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time ensuring timeframes allocated are adhered to
- Ability to be agile, energetic, and level-headed, keeping pace within a busy retail team, whilst staying grounded and in control
- A good communicator with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of departments both internal and external to Pillow Talk
- Excellent computer skills with advanced Excel ability
