**Our SEQLD Glazing Operation is seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a vital role in connecting our Glaziers, Suppliers, and Customers.**

**In this position, you will ensure the timely coordination of goods and services, driving the success of our daily operations and projects.**

**As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Interpreting documentation and information to ensure clarity and precision.
- Communicating effectively with glaziers about job requirements & customer expectations
- Keeping customers informed with timely updates on lead times.
- Coordinating glazing resources including with 3rd party service providers when required
- Maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Supporting team members in various tasks as needed
- Flexible and available to work set hours, Monday to Friday.
- Team players who are genuine and customer-focused.
- Skilled in managing customer expectations with strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in providing written correspondence and comfortable with technology.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges.
- Experience with Simpro or planning systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with windows, shutters, garage doors, glass, or trades scheduling/planning is advantageous.
