We are on the lookout for an experienced **Recruitment Officer** to join our team small HR team. Reporting to our Purpose People Culture Manager, this role would suit someone looking to join a NFP team and organisation that thrives for industry excellence and prides itself on strong community values.

**What’s my day to day look like?**

As Recruitment Officer you will support the delivery of high-quality recruitment and compliant HR services across all areas of the organisation. Your expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, and HRIS (Subscribe-HR) management will see you play an integral role in facilitating continued growth for Community Vision.
- Complete end to end recruitment. Creating and posting job ads, interviewing and selection process, issuing contracts and onboarding documents.
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and facilitating induction for all new employees.
- Maintain HR records of all employee trainings, licence and certificates.
- Coordinate workplace Traineeships.
- Supporting the Purpose People and Culture Manager with strategic HR and talent attraction/retention initiatives.
- Supporting the Purpose People and Culture Manager with handling and resolving HR related questions and requests from employees and management.

**What will I need to Succeed?**
- You can organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively with competing priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines.
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain one).
- Evidence of two Covid and current Influenza vaccination.
