Hunter are a well-respected Australian recruitment agency, specialising in White Collar roles and servicing industries including Engineering, Mining, Government, Environmental and Executive Search.

We are currently seeking an organised and motivated Recruitment Office Administrator to join our team in Perth CBD. This position would ideally suit an experienced Office Administrator who likes having a diverse role and a variety of different responsibilities. Someone with experience working within the recruitment/employment sector would be highly desirable

This is an exciting time to join Hunter Executive as we continue to grow the business and service our high-profile clients throughout Australia.

**Depending on the person and their experience, the role could include a variety of tasks such as**
- Assisting the team with general admin and business support tasks
- Data entry and Data management
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies, stationary, staff amenities, and contractor workwear
- Greeting visitors to the office
- General office upkeep and maintenance
- Onboarding of contractors / casual employees and management of employment contracts / work rights / tickets etc
- Following up outstanding timesheets
- Co-ordinate bookings for training, events, and travel
- Assist with Marketing and social media management
- Conducting reference checks
- Contribute ideas to improve the company productivity

**The ideal person**:

- Previous experience as an Office Administrator within a professional environment.
- Recruitment or Employment industry experience will be highly regarded
- Solid computing skills in Microsoft word / excel etc
- Experience working with a CRM would be advantageous
- Able to take direction, prioritise workloads and see tasks through to completion
- This role will suit someone with a friendly personality that would enjoy working in a small team
