We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to support the Landscaping & Erosion Category team by delivering WOW service excellence and increase sales.

Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit an energetic self-starter with a can-do attitude and who enjoys multi-tasking and is not afraid of change.

You will be provided ongoing training, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all landscaping & erosion incoming calls
- Outbound quote follow-up
- Quote creation & order entry
- Portal Management
- Extensive knowledge of key products preferable
- Generate quality leads for the category team
- Adhering to all Jaybro Group policies and code of conduct
- You are responsible for your own health and safety and for the health and safety of any other person around you as per legislation

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years Customer Service/Sales experience - inbound & outbound calls
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and time management
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry supply industry is highly regarded
