We have a rare opportunity for a customer focussed, detail-oriented individual to join our team and provide workforce solutions to one of our major customers.
Working closely with an experienced team, this role requires someone who is a self-starter with the ability to prioritise your own workload. This role involves the following:
- Recruitment and on-boarding of healthcare workers from various disciplines
- Management of worksite rosters to meet operational needs
- Providing administrative support to Project Managers and Clinical Leads (remotely and on-site)
- Arranging site mobilisation tasks/activities, including travel arrangements for employees travelling for the project
- Confidently and efficiently handling personnel enquiries and requests for assistance
