**About the role**
As a Workforce Planner, you will work collaboratively with the Workforce planning team and broader organisation to strategically develop, distribute and maintain effective and sustainable employee rosters. In line with service delivery demands and employee wellbeing, you will purposefully allocate resources to maximize efficiency and coverage across multiple service lines. Furthermore, you will coordinate off-phone activities such as meetings, supervision, and coaching sessions to ensure effective staff support is delivered. It is also essential that Workforce planners compassionately and promptly address staff inquiries to continue fostering a supportive work environment.
Working closely with our leadership teams, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards tailored to facilitating staff coaching and professional development by providing insights into workforce performance and trends. Being a 24/7 domestic, family and sexual violence support service, you will consistently conduct real-time monitoring of call ques and deploying innovative adjustments to meet service delivery targets.

**What you will bring (position requirements)**
- Qualifications in Data Analytics, Business Management or similar is desirable, however those with extensive experience are encouraged to apply.
- Workforce Planning experiencing ideally within a 24/7 human services contact center.
- 2+ years' demonstrated experience in rostering and workforce planning in a multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Intermediate experience with workforce planning softwares.
- Advanced IT skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Concise verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level of attention to detail and commitment to exceptional workforce support.
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Initiative, self-motivated and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours when appropriate to meet operational requirements.
- Rotating roster.
