**Community Engagement and Community Specialist**
**About the Company**
You would be joining a vibrant and diverse team at one of Melbourne’s largest Water corporations.
**About the Role**
Your role with include but not be limited to
- Develop, deliver, and implement engagement communication plans that deliver positively for the community and customer.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Contractors, and other parts of the business.
- Produce correspondence in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relationships and expectations.
- Risk management
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Communications and Engagement Specialist. Have strong planning, communication and evaluation skills and a solid understanding of IAP2.
You will also:
- Have experience engaging with multi-level stakeholders, marginalised communities through to state officials.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be confident, innovative and have the ability to take ownership of your client base.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Driver’s license is essential as site visits are required.
