**The Client**

Belonging to a strong brand, and an even stronger cluster of 12 offices within the brand, stretching between the Mid North Coast and Northern Rivers NSW. **The Role**

End to end property management including:

- General enquiries correspondence and potential tenants liaise
- Show prospective tenants through properties
- Inspectiongs and condition reports (ingoing, outgoing and periodic)
- Tenant selection and accurately complete all necessary documentation, including preparation and execution of lease agreements
- Arrange and ensure maintenance and repairs completion to properties
- Liaising between tenants, landlords and owners
- Responsible for collection of rent from tenants and issuing of receipts and investigate and arrange for collection of rental arrears
- Assist with general office duties including reception duties

**Requirements**:

- Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to study
- Driver’s license
- Good communication skills, both verbally and via computer
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
- Property Management experience is desirable
