Then you could be the perfect Administration Officer for our service. Specifically, we’re looking for a people person. Someone with extensive experience in providing high-level administrative and clerical support. Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in administrative and health records management in a hospital or health care setting. Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, the Administration Officer role is responsible for the administrative support. The role includes a high level of diligence and accuracy with the handling of information including filing, assembly, retrieval, culling and tracking of health records. This position is responsible for the administrative and secretarial support for the Health Centre, Nursing Unit Manager and Nurse Manager. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
