Seeking an Experienced Assistant Development Manager for a Leading Australian Developer

We are thrilled to collaborate with a highly reputable developer in their search for a skilled Assistant Development Manager based in Woolloongabba.

Our client has established a stellar track record in the industry over the past decade, successfully delivering numerous iconic apartment developments. Now, they are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join their dynamic team, with the potential to grow into a full-fledged Development Manager within just 6-12 months.

**Role Overview**:
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the development team, working closely with the Development Manager on various projects. Your responsibilities will oversee the entire property development lifecycle, from acquisition to project delivery. This will involve preparing crucial documentation and reports for projects at different stages, including legal, planning, financial, and government-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare project documentation and reports for different stages of development.
- Navigate council portals for Development Applications (DA's).
- Organize and manage PCG (Project Control Group) meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reporting.
- Oversee project budgets and expenses.
- Engage and collaborate with clients and contractors.
- Handle project administration, including minute-taking during meetings.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
- Collaborate closely with other Assistant Development Managers and Development Managers.
- A relevant Degree in Property, Construction, Finance, or Commerce.
- At least 18 months of experience as an Assistant Development Manager, preferably with residential and land development project experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and macros, and proficiency in Word.
- A passion for the property industry and a confident, proactive nature.
- Strong communication, time management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- A team player with a client-oriented approach.
- A positive attitude, strong ethics, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
