This represents a rare opportunity with a well known CBD based Mid Tier firm. This firm offers their clients services that are much more than tax returns This firm is young, dynamic and are fast being recognized as a major player in the industry.

POSITION

The position of Manager to Senior Manager has been created due to rapid growth within the client base. This is a rare opportunity for a driven candidate to help this firm keep up with their rapid growth. There will be extensive autonomy provided to build a team and client base the way you see fit

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • At least 2 years management experience
  • Stable employment history within reputable Top 100 firms
  • Previous experience reviewing the work completed by junior staff
  • Ability to win new business
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture
  • Very strong technical ability
  • Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
