**About the role**

As the Business Unit Coordinator for Operations Services, you’ll provide critical high-level and confidential support to our Head of Operations Services and Lead team. You’ll be based in Leederville, where there’s plenty of places to eat and hang out, and you’re only 5-minutes away from the nearest train station - an easy commute when you’re heading into the office.

**What the role will involve**

**Key skills & experience**

You have a proactive mindset paired with a can-do attitude, remaining calm and focussed in high pressure situations. You are highly organised using your time management skills to manage multiple competing priorities at once with ease. You use your highly developed interpersonal skills to build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders and co-workers, this will be key in your success in this role. You’ll have substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role which gives you confidence in your ability and allows you to work autonomously with mínimal direction.
