**About the role**

We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a **Specialist Operations Strategy** joining our Integrated Operations Business Unit, based in the Leederville and commencing in January 2025. This is a great opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in the core operational aspects of our business - while helping to solve complex issues and make tangible improvements. **What the role will involve**

Supporting the Treatment and Resource Recovery Lead Team in their business planning, performance reporting and delivery of strategic projects.

Supporting all of Operations Group in:

- Diagnosing strategic business needs and ensuring effective plans and actions are in place and delivered
- Leading multi-functional project teams, coordinating the scoping, design, delivery and the close out of strategic initiatives
- Identifying, engaging and communicating the needs of Operations with key stakeholders for projects, taking a corporate and external customer viewpoint
