At Sephora, we reimagine beauty, discover new brands, and influence positive change every day. As the National Talent Acquisition Lead you will drive the Australian store team’s management and specialist roles recruitment whilst also leading all HQ recruitment and supporting some brand partners on their local recruitment. The core responsibility of this role is to partner with recruiting managers to find talent for current vacancies and build our talent pipeline. - Providing professional and tailored end to end recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain top talent in the market for both retail and all HQ roles, including leadership roles in partnership with the GM and Head of HR and Education.
- Continuously reviewing processes to ensure that we are evolving and delivering best practices to our managers and applicants.
- Working in partnership with the District Managers and/or applicable Store Manager be responsible for the hiring of the retail leadership team, this applies to all store management, specialist and field roles.
- Planning and executing end to end recruitment for all new store openings in Australia with support of the TAE.
- Completing the annual seasonal recruitment drives to ensure the right support is in place in time to support peak trade.
- Promoting our global EVP to internal and external talent by ensuring it is embedded in all ANZ TAE processes.
- People management of Australian TAE ensuring they are performing to standard, building strong partnership relationships and developing their skills
- Participating in monthly reporting to analyze business trends across your roles, such as TA metrics, turnover, and talent KPI’s.
- Partnering with regional TA on any project roll outs and communication/talent engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the effective and efficient on-boarding of all new hires in your remit.
- Supporting the effective and efficient offboarding of all departing employees in your remit
**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, ideally in retail or FMCG
- Ability to manage high volume end to end recruitment.
- A desire to continuously review and evolve processes.
- Experience using various sourcing channels (Seek, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter etc)
- Experience in targeted selection and talent mapping would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to partner and influence with stakeholders.
