**Cranbrook Care is looking for motivated and dynamic Office Manager to join the team at our West Street Support Centre in North Sydney.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our head office team in North Sydney. In this role, you will be required to support the overall day to day management of the Cranbrook Care Office to provide a well-equipped, safe
and harmonious working environment. You will be responsible for:
- providing administrative support to the staff at West Street Office
- support office with set-up of meeting rooms, property maintenance and catering requests
**ABOUT YOU**
You will be a team player and able to work automomously to create a positive office environment. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, qualifications and personal attributes:
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Completion of Higher School Certificate or a diploma in a relevant area with relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative functions and office practices
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion.
- Proven skills in organising and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings.
- Demonstrated experience minuting meetings and distributing action items.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and courtesy.
**Personal Abilities and Attributes**
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to process, absorb, utilise and convey written and numeric management information
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Respect for confidentiality
- Ability to think creatively towards achieving objectives
- Ability to work as part of a team and form effective working relationships with all colleagues
- High level of motivation and initiative, and able to work independently and under mínimal supervision
