To support the City of Perth’s ambitious transformation plan, we are seeking a Planning and Project Management Office Lead to drive the corporate planning and reporting function and the revitalisation of the City’s Project Management Office (PMO) to provide portfolio management services in an evolving and changing environment. You will play an integral role in the performance and delivery of the City’s project portfolio.

As the Planning and PMO Lead, you will support the City by:

- Contributing to setting a clear direction and purpose for the City’s Planning and Project Management Office in consultation with the Alliance Manager Corporate Planning and Performance.
- Supporting the integration and operation of the Annual and Corporate Planning process including the development and reporting of performance metrics for the organisation.
- Re-establishing the City’s Project Management Office and playing a key role in building project management capability across the organisation, including leading the project management framework within the City.
- Fostering engagement across alliances to ensure a one-enterprise view of major projects and project portfolio management and encourage a cooperative interface across disciplines in relation to project management issues.

Reporting to the Alliance Manager, Corporate Planning and Performance, you will have the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to develop and deliver innovative and responsive improvements which underpin our strategic objectives.
