The ability to multi-task and the day-to-day coordination and support of Design CPS services across the multi-disciplinary cross functional design teams, ensuring that the Project CPS processes and guidelines are being followed based on priorities to protect and maintain the CPS programme schedule and within cost budget.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: The Design CPS Coordinator to Support the CPS Services inclusive of:
+ Provide Design Support, review engineering and construction deliverables, facilitate SCRUM Sprints between the relevant disciplines to ensure the coordination of the design meets the project objectives, constructability and end user expectations

+ Support the CPS Management in providing detailed and accurate actual vs forecast effort estimates complete works and report with an established active tracker to ensure the CPS project schedule and costs provided are maintained

+ Resolution of Request For Information (RFI’s), generated for close-out

+ Resolution of Field Change Request’s (FCR’s), generated for close-out

+ Resolution of Shop Drawing Review’s

+ Resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s), generated for close-out

+ Preparation of daily / weekly reports and eTT timesheets for approval by the client

+ Coordinate Inspections as per the CPS programme schedule with updates as part of the weekly reports

+ Act as a back-up for other CPS Coordinators during peak demands

+ Develop and maintain good working relationships with Contractor and internal design team members to secure timely best project outcomes for all parties

The As-Con Coordinator role will have particular focus on development of as-constructed drawings/models including liaison with Contractor, drawing production teams and approvals with third parties.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
+ Detailed Design and Design Coordination experience required

+ Transportation project construction experience preferred (Road/Rail/Stations)

+ Enthusiastic, ambitious, pro-active, go-getter with excellent problem solving and negotiating skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

+ Excellent Time Management skills to prioritise workload appropriately to meet all CPS deadlines

Roles will be offices based with ad-hoc visits to metropolitan Perth construction sites.
