**The Role**

Reporting to the Business Unit Head for Oncology, this role will work collaboratively with the Oncology Brand Manager, to enhance the company's ability to meet diverse customer and segment needs through the efficient development and delivery of content and materials aligned to the brand strategy and business objectives.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Translate Brand Strategy and customer segment frameworks into content and campaign plans that delivered targeted messages though omnichannel execution
- Monitor content performance metrics in partnership with analytics and other business partners in order to optimise campaign effectiveness
- Work across key stakeholders in the business along with other members of the brand team, global partners and external agencies
- Drive the re-use of global content as a key partner of co-creation with the Global team
- Participate in global content excellence initiatives as required
- Responsible for the development of campaigns, content and assets that meet the defined needs of the target customers
- Minimum 5 years' experience in content creation, copywriting, content localisation, and digital / omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience with data analytics and insights with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information
- Demonstrated success in driving complex multistakeholder projects
- Have an innovative approach and be aware of current strategies and modular content approaches in digital marketing high level of communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong patient focus
- **Previous experience in Oncology would be highly regarded**
