**What will you do**:
**Field Medical Onboarding and Subject Matter Expert in Systems**:

- Digitally onboard new Field Medical Team members in the required systems
- Help to maintain continuous development for Field Medical Team through management of digital access and solutions while promoting best practices of navigating these
- Drive enhancements to existing systems utilised by the Field Medical Team to simplify and continuously improve our external engagements
- Leads adult education, training and support for identified gaps and future digital capability building to help build a high-performance field Medical Team with consistent quality and compliance
- Promotes the sharing of digital best practice across the team and appropriate Field Medical talent development
- Leverage data and analytics to advise Medical Leadership related to team performance such as quantification of the value and effectiveness of field-based medical activities
- Roll-out and provide training on system enhancements and changes and ensure compliance with data entry and clean-up activities

**Digital Strategy Development and Capabilities Building**:

- Collaborate with Medical Affairs Leadership to develop, rollout and maintain Medical Affairs omnichannel execution strategy providing guidance on execution, content generation and incorporation of customer insights and communication preferences into engagement planning.
- Engage and collaborate closely with key internal partners (Medical Review and Legal) to effectively move forward digital and multichannel technology initiatives that align with internal processes and the MA Code of Conduct
- Utilise internal data (in collaboration with Data Analytics team), develop and/or utilise existing pathways to systematically uncover and capture the evolving engagement preferences/exchange needs of SLs/KDM
- Lead the development and maintenance of data analytics, visualisation and utilisation for Field Medical Activities and continuously improve our dashboard KPIs and metrics to accurately measure field medical engagement
- Drive processes and best practices, including pull through of key insights (from digital external sources)
- Monitor external industry medical affairs activities and drive development and reporting to evaluate impact and value, and propose enhancement plans
- Lead implementation of technology/innovative solutions for ANZ Field Medical
- In collaboration with the cross-functional data and digital team, lead development of digital processes for Field Medical
- Drive bottoms-up innovation in digital engagement for ANZ Medical Affairs - capture, co-ordinate, prioritise, experiment and scale digital engagement solutions
- Drive implementation of pilot projects and evaluate their impact against key results
- Lead on the implementation - training, communications, change management - of digital technology/innovation solutions for Field Medical Team
- Evaluate new and evolving digital engagement software, platforms or Apps against ‘problems’/areas of unmet need for customers
