HR Business Partner

Our Nationally renowned client is seeking an experienced Temp Part-time HR business Partner to join their team, responsible for partnering with the Senior HRBP to deliver human resources support, advice and outcomes aligned with the companies' values and operational requirements.

Our Nationally renowned client is seeking an experienced Temp Part-time HR business Partner to join their team, responsible for partnering with the Senior HRBP to deliver human resources support, advice and outcomes aligned with the companies' values and operational requirements.

**Location: Wembley**

**Hours: Part - Time Hours 18- 20 Hours per week (3 days a week)**

**Start: ASAP**

**Pay rate: Approx $55ph+ super**

**Duration: This is a 3 month assignment with the potential to extend depending on performance and business needs**

**The Role**

This role requires broad HR generalist experience, a strong understanding of employment-related legislation and contemporary IR and HR practices, leadership ability, and proven consulting and stakeholder management skills.

If you have experience in a fast-paced environment, along with an ethos of working together as a team, through building mutually beneficial working relationships, you cannot go past this role. **Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium or large organisation;
- Experience in employee relations/industrial relations and policies and procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, conduct investigations and manage complex performance management and conduct issues;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or another related discipline.
- Providing counsel and coaching to leaders and supporting them business on a wide range of human resources issues.
- Performing, measuring, and reporting on agreed human resources metrics

**About You**
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher in HR, Business or proven relevant experience
- Proven human resources experience in a Non-Profit or Aged Care industry
- Exposure to a HR metrics driven environment providing insight and advice to optimise productivity and cost discipline
- Demonstrated ER/IR experience including the negotiation of multiple EA's and complex case management
- Solid working knowledge of employee relations legislation
- Demonstrated understanding and experience working with HR policies, systems and procedures
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
