New role for a Business Partner based in the Northern Suburbs

**Your new role**

Your new role as HRBP will be supporting the organisation in all aspects of operational HR by providing effective technical advice in all areas of HR Management. The HR Business Partner will form strong relationships across the organisation and will partner with business units to develop and implement HR initiatives that supportive an inclusive and engaging culture. The HR Business Partner will also be required to undertake and support various ER and HR projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role, you will ideally hold a qualification in HR and have comprehensive experience in a similar role. You’ll have significant experience in interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures and providing advice to employees. You must also have demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. A large part of this role will be working with employee relations therefore extensive case management experience is essential.
