Training Lead required for a Sydney based Higher Education Provider
**Your new company**
You will be working for a Western Sydney based Higher Education Provider supporting with a Student Management System (SMS) Program.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for coordinating, designing, and delivering a comprehensive training program to support with the implementation of the SMS through multiple releases. You will be responsible for the creating the training strategy and executing training plans to ensure that impacted stakeholders are able to adjust comfortably to process changes. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and continuously improve the strategy/plan to reach desired outcomes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a Training Lead with experience in designing and delivering training material for complex systems within NSW Government. Experience within Higher Education is highly desirable.
**What you'll get in return**
You will gain a contract until June 24 with potential to extend and will earn up to $860 per day + super. You will enjoy a hybrid working environment and will be a part of a supportive, collaborative team.
