- CBD location - Australian Museum, Darlinghurst
- Full time, Monday to Friday

**The Role**:

- Consolidate and cleanse asset registers received from multiple vendors into one master asset list that is formatted to upload into our facilities program.
- Conduct administration of the work order lifecycle in the maintenance system.
- Update asset database including adding and maintaining all asset information
- Support and assist the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required

**Skills/Experience**:

- Advanced Excel Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Data focussed and competent with large amounts of data
- Preferable if you have facilities and/or asset management and Mainpac (our FM software) or similar. Not essential

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
