Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide critical administrative and scheduling support for our facilities team.
The role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, managing asset databases, and assisting in the implementation and management of operational policies and procedures.
This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, improving operational performance, and supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable facility services.
- Manage the scheduling of maintenance works, ensuring timely completion to minimize disruption.
- Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to coordinate access, inductions, and documentation.
- Monitor work order status and contractor performance within our asset management system.
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.
- Provide timely reporting on completed works and ongoing projects.
- Support the facilities manager in resolving vendor scheduling and delivery gaps.
- Assist in conducting a comprehensive asset audit and updating asset data.
- Ensure accurate and complete asset records in accordance with operational requirements.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
- Support the establishment and management of a centralized document management system.
- Prepare maintenance performance reports, KPI summaries, and risk updates as required.
