Are you an experienced Payroll Officer who also works with the HR side of training compliance?

Our client is seeking a dynamic person to join their team to work with the payroll of a 350 employee payroll who has been involved ensuring staff are compliant in all training levels necessary. This role offers flexibility together with variety as you will split your days between the two tasks.

This is a Monday to Friday position, but the role will include the possibility of working some half day public holidays to keep the payroll processes timelines, however you will be well rewarded for this.

**To be successful**:

- Minumum 2 years payroll experience which includes allowances and shifts
- Up to date knowlege of hospitality awards
- Excellent experience and understanding in Training Compliance
- Ability to create training programs and implement
- Ability to work in a team
- Out of the box thinker
- Multi-tasker
- Flexibile attitude
- Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously
- Must be able to work public holidays from time to time

Immediate start

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
