The role of the **Transactional Services Officer** will be to carry out the duties and responsibilities associated with the transactional team, accounts payable, and EOM completion. This will include the liaison with creditors on a daily/weekly basis and making necessary arrangements to pay NRMA Parks & Resorts accounts.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Input of invoices into the CAAPS system.
- Ensure invoices comply with company purchasing policy.
- Receipting of invoices against approved Purchase Orders.
- Setup payment batches in accordance with agreed supplier payment terms.
- General ledger coding and account reconciliations.
- Attend to supplier queries.
- Bank Audits
- Supplier Statement reconciliation

**What you will bring**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or receivable role;
- Certificate IV in Accounting, desirable however not essential.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent skills in customer relations;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Basic to intermediate skills in Sage 300 ERP Accounting System or similar;
- Sound typing skills (approx. 40wpm, 98% accuracy);
- Sound organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
