**VETERINARY PRACTICE MANAGER - COOLANGATTA**
Twin Towns Vet is looking for a new practice manager with senior vet nurse skills, to join our beautiful clinic 500 metres from Coolangatta Beach. Are you are looking for a fun new team where you will be valued, respected and rewarded for your experience?
We are a friendly team of 3 vets and 5 nurses, that pride ourselves on offering quality, compassionate care to our clients and patients. Our pretty purpose-built clinic offers great workflow, and we have all the usual toys including IDEXX in house pathology, radiology, ultrasound and dental unit. We perform a range of services from routine care to more complex soft and orthopaedic surgeries. We all pride ourselves on being animal advocates and look after our patients as if they were our own.
**About The Role**

- Being a visible, happy and collaborative clinic leader, who likes to kick goals
- Overseeing all the operational, business and services of the clinic.
- Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic services, marketing and social media.
- Leading on all employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, rosters, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training and development. Leading on staff meetings and organising social events.
- Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, payroll, budgets, and profit and loss.
- Leading on work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
- Working closely with the Lead Vet and Regional Manager, who will provide you plenty of support in your new role.
**About You**

- Cert IV Qualified Veterinary Nurse with at least four years in small animal practice, with either senior nurse or practice manager experience
- Be committed to high standards of service excellence and clinical care
- Experience with practice management systems (ideally EzyVet), appointment book scheduling and are computer confident
- Good understanding of people and employment obligations
- Friendly, confident, outgoing personality with a great sense of humour
- Be motivated to help lead the growth and development of the practice
- A desire to be part of a team who values, respects and cares for each other.
