We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team looking after our Quarries business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key client accounts, understanding our client needs, developing strategic account plans, and fostering long term relationships. If you are a dynamic and client focused professional who excels in building and maintaining client partnerships with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with key clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements align with company goals.
- Track and analyse key account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- A strong understanding of the Construction & Utilities industry and key account management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Results driven with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
