**The Opportunity**:
Our head office in Fairfield is looking for an Overseas Accounts Payable Officer to work in our AP team. The primary objective of this role is to be responsible for the accurate processing of data and prompt payments to suppliers. In this role, you will also:

- Ensure the timely and accurate scanning, processing (GL and 3-way matching) and payment of all relevant supplier invoices and employee expenses, including general ledger account assignment.
- Play an active role in ensuring the strict adherence to Company Policy and Procedure, particularly in the areas of processing, payments and reimbursement of expenses
- Build strong supplier relationships and adopt a long-term perspective
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all supplier's statement reconciliations and make necessary actions and adjustments
- Ensure the accuracy of scanned and validated data
- Ensure the backup process is working effectively and efficiently

**Role Located**:Fairfield, NSW (Head Office with onsite Café)

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum five years of accounts payable experience
- Working knowledge of local and foreign currencies
- Excellent reconciliation skills using Microsoft Excel
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of SAP (highly desired) and Microsoft Dynamics systems (Nice to have)
- Strong Time Management with external deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in a Shared Service environment in a large organisation
- Ability to work in a high volume of data environment
- Attention to detail, speed & accuracy in data entry
