**Internal Audit Transformation Lead**

Reporting to the Group General Manager - Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Transformation Lead is responsible for delivering initiatives in accordance with initiatives agreed with the state-based independent monitors and the Internal Audit Uplift Plan. You will be a person who enjoys working independently and brings extensive experience and understanding in best practice internal audit operational processes.
This is an exciting time to be part of the Crown Internal Audit function, as we help support the business through one of the largest regulatory review and process reformation programmes the Australian gaming and entertainment industry has seen.
**Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Development of the FY23 - FY25 Internal Audit Strategy
- Finalisation of the Assurance Map, including validation of data with management and preparation of Board paper for approval
- Develop the IT Audit Universe and a proposed IT Audit Plan
- Implement accepted improvement opportunities and good practice suggestions from external quality review
- Develop reporting mechanism to capture data and report on balance scorecard metrics
- Identify the critical skills, create development plans and a sourcing strategy (where necessary) to ensure the team is adequately skilled and knowledgeable
- Prepare the assurance approach over regulatory transformation activities
- Undertake, lead and / or participate in special projects as directed by the Group General Manager - Internal Audit
**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
- 7+ years Internal Audit experience
- Experienced as a senior leader within an Internal Audit role or from a top tier Chartered Accounting firm
- Experience in developing and implementing Internal Audit frameworks
- Prior competence in developing Audit strategies to support in mitigating business risk
- Experience in influencing senior Executives on all areas of business-critical risk
